ALL SEASON: minimum stay 2 nights - except BANK HOLIDAYS OF THE ASCENsION,Pentecost, July 14= 3 nights
and from 05/08 to 19/08: minimum 5 nights
Our prices include: rental of the apartment, energy consumption, access to services.
Our prices do not include: tourist taxes (€1.65/day/pers.), deposit (300 Euros in cash or credit card)
10% for all stays of 7 to 13 nights
15% for all stays of 14 to 20 nights
20% for all stays of 21 to 27 nights
Special long stay 28 nights and +:
30% from 26/08 to 23/09
50% from 07/04 to 08/07 and from 23/09 to 01/11
